Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the junkievintagehuys.com website (the “Service”) operated by Junkie Vintage Huys (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Shipping
Shipping is done via a third party and has no affiliation with Junkie Vintage Huys, however, we reserve the right to ship as a company. The courier company used for shipping purposes can be changed without notice at our discretion. Specific products, such as and not limited to mirrors, are considered high-risk items in terms of being damaged during the shipping process and therefore we advise against shipping these particular products. Junkie Vintage Huys assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur to any product during the shipping process and shipping is done at the sole risk of the client. Junkie Vintage Huys reserves the right to offer a refund in the form of store credit at our discretion, however, no refund will be offered for products that we deemed a high right risk to ship. Shipping fees are payable in advance and no product will be available for delivery or collection without full payment being reflected. Due to the nature of the business, all products are unique and are prepared for shipment individually. Once payment for a product and shipping is received it can take up to seven days for the order to be processed and shipment to begin. Clients are advised to allow for 21 days total for the delivery process. Junkie Vintage Huys accepts no responsibility for any delays once the product has been collected by the courier company.
Returns
Once payment is received, the sale is considered final. Junkie Vintage Huys assumes no responsibility for returns or exchanges of products or services. Once the sale is finalized, the customer has 7 days in which to notify Junkie Vintage Huys of any issues with the product. Junkie Vintage Huys reserves the right to offer a refund at our discretion, either by means of reversing the transaction or supplying the equivalent store credit, on the condition that the product is returned unused and in its original packaging at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Junkie Vintage Huys and its licensors.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
